| ATTENTION PRODUCTION COMPANIES Newly implemented regulations, adopted by the BATF, require that any person in the state of California (who does not possess a valid Federal Firearms License), may not rent any firearm for any purpose until that person completes the required federal form 4473, the California Dealer's Record of Sale (DROS) form and completes the required 10 day waiting period prior to taking possession. Only the person completing these new requirements may possess the firearms rented for ANY production, whether on or off set. Additionally, California State permit(s) are required to rent weapons from ANY source. |
